Swimming pools are to be registered at http://www.swimmingpoolregister.nsw.gov.au.
What information do I need to register my swimming pool?
- Your name and contact details
- Details of your property
- Details of your pool
- Details of yourpool barrier
- The aaproximate age of your pool
What to Expect from your Inspection
How long does the inspection take?
Standard swimming pool inspections typically take about 45 minutes.
Do I need to be at home for the inspection?
It’s preferred, but not essential. Inspections can still go ahead as long as access is arranged in advance and pets are safely secured.
What happens if the inspection passes?
We issue an official Pool Safety Certificate and update the NSW Swimming Pool Register accordingly. Each certificate remains valid for a period of three years.
Are your services certified and insured?
